*New service-Shuttle Limo-car: Between 10:00 AM to 10:00PM, my car is available for your check-in and check-out by prior reservation. From/To Nippori Station, Tip is 500 Yen to 1,000 Yen for 1 to 10 guests with luggage. Alternatively,train is available at 170 Yen per person early morning to past mid-night.

1)- Tokyo Guest House 2020-Grand Open is Brand New Guest House for all private rooms,air-conditioning and shower/bath/toilet and all.

2)- Wifi is free in the property, on the roof-top and in individual rooms.

3)- All guests can use a kitchen, cooking/dining kits, tables and lounge sofa by tip only,free of charge.

4)- Guests can buy and cook their own foods and then dine individually, with a family or with other guests.

5)- Guests can watch a flat-screen TV with you-tube and other features. Guests can rent Anime and Video movies.

6)- Guests can use a washing machine at 200 yen( US2 $ ) and a drying machine at 300 yen( US3 $ ) per each use. Coin laundry and public bath( Sento or Onsen bathing) is open in 2 minutes walk.

7)- Other free services: Tourist information,iron press, hair dryer,weight scale,soaps and shampoos , a towel at check in,

8)- Services with costs or tip : A tooth and brush, copy/printing, hair-comb,
